Chevrolet Introduces the 2017 Cruze Hatch

MT. PLEASANT, Mich. – Today Chevrolet introduced the 2017 Cruze Hatch ahead of its debut at the North American International Auto Show. Developed from the 2016 Cruze sedan, the all–new hatchback option gives customers a more functional and sporty look.

Chevrolet introduced the 2017 Cruze Hatch with many similar features present on the all-new 2016 Cruze sedan, plus a few extra. Its key features include:

•  Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability via MyLink radio systems and available 4G LTE with Wi-Fi hotspot. 

• 18.5 cubic feet of cargo space behind the rear seat, and with the rear seat folded down you get 47.2 cubic feet.

• More standard safety features than any other compact car including Lane Keep Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Side Blind Zone Alert, and Rear Park Assistant.

• Available Teen Driver feature helps support safe driving habits and offers driving statistics.

• 1.4L turbo engine with direct injection, stop/start technology, and electric power steering. On premium models you’ll find a Z-link rear suspension as well.

• Optional features include a heated steering wheel, heated front and rear seats, Athens leather-appointed seating surfaces, true French seams, and halogen projector-beam headlamps with LED signature lighting.

Chevy enthusiasts will have to wait until Fall of 2016 for the 2017 Cruze Hatch to hit dealers, but until then, you can head to the North American International Auto Show to admire it in person.The Cruze Hatch will be offered in LT and Premium trims, along with the RS package.
