2016 Cadillac CT6 Shown in Daring New Ad

MT. PLEASANT, Mich. – If you were watching the 87th Annual Academy Awards Sunday night, one commercial in particular may have caught your attention. Cadillac debuted a brand new commercial, “Daring: No Regrets,” featuring a series of innovators and trailblazers including the new flagship 2016 Cadillac CT6 which was shown in the daring new ad!

This new commercial highlighting the 2015 CT6 flagship perfectly embodies the “premium lifestyle” brand that Cadillac is synonymous with. Last September, GM announced that Cadillac was moving its headquarters from Detroit to New York to better emphasize this “sophisticated living” style to consumers and the daring new ad featuring the 2016 Cadillac CT6 falls right in line with this new push.

Cadillac always dares to be great and this new commercial solidifies that stance. While the obvious focus of the 2015 Academy Awards spot was to introduce the new CT6 to viewers, Cadillac spokesperson David Caldwell also stated the car’s brief reveal should not take away from the brand’s Dare Greatly campaign.

Cadillac CT6 Flagship Sedan to Debut March 31st

MT. PLEASANT, Mich. – Go big or go home. That's Cadillac's motto for 2015, and the auto brand is definitely not going home. Cadillac is here for the long haul and recent news headlines are about to become a reality when the new Cadillac CT6 Flagship Sedan Debuts on March 31st!

You heard that right! We've seen endless headlines talking about Cadillac's CT6 this...and CT6 that...but now the automaker has officially confirmed that the new Cadillac CT6 Flagship Sedan will debut on March 31st at the New York Auto Show! Then before the year ends, the rear-wheel-drive, full-size luxury car will head into production as a 2016 model.

Rolling off the line, the CT6 will be powerful, efficient, and versatile through the use of aluminum, high strength steel, and an engine expected to boast at least 455 horsepower - likely the twin-turbo 3.6-liter V6. Plus, as we've discussed before, the new CT6 flagship will replace the traditional rearview mirror with streaming video to drastically increase the driver's field of vision!

The CT6 flagship sedan truly signifies the start of something new for Cadillac and there's a lot more where that came from! Watch out because Cadillac is about to own 2015!
