Chevy Increases Wi-Fi Options for Customers

Owners can visit any AT&T store to add unlimited data options to their vehicles. They can also visit AT&T's Connected Car site to get more information or sign up for the service today! These options will be available to any owner of a vehicle with an OnStar 4G LTE hotspot and can be implemented now.

For only $20 a month, vehicle owners can enjoy unlimited content and data while on the go. Stream movies, music, and more to keep the whole car entertained for any drive! The best part about the unlimited data plan is that there are no overages, so you can enjoy as much as you want for as long as you'd like! Owners of Chevy vehicles with OnStar can enjoy this one-of-a-kind feature today to make the most of its accessibility and versatility.

“With Chevrolet 4G LTE data plan sales jumping nearly 275 percent in March year-over-year, providing customers with additional choices as to where and how they buy data was important to us,” said Paul Edwards, Chevrolet U.S. vice president of Marketing. “Whether you are at a job site in your Silverado or letting your family stream videos on a road trip in your Traverse, Chevrolet owners will never be far from being able to sign up for an unlimited 4G LTE data plan.”

Chevy is the first vehicle manufacturer of its kind to offer 4G LTE connectivity in March. In April, owners of Chevy vehicles used 415% more data than they did in March, which has encouraged Chevy to offer unlimited data plans. With Chevy increasing Wi-Fi options for customers, the versatility of their vehicles grows even further. Stream a movie on a road trip, catch up on your emails which can be read to you via the OnStar technology, and give your new playlist a listen without having to worry about data overages.
