Chevrolet revealed the new 2015 Chevy Tahoe & Suburban Z71 Package Details that you can get your hands on this fall!
If you love the new design of Chevy's Suburban and Tahoe but are looking for enhanced off-road performance, capability, and technology, look no further because the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe & Suburban Z71 Package Details have you covered! With added interior tech features that offer added convenience and an exterior that is decked out for off-road performance, the Z71 package is making a big return!
Since the Z71 package is synonymous with off-road performance, the 2015 Tahoe and Suburban will receive off-road tires mounted on 18-inch wheels, a front skid plate, a unique grille and running boards, Z71 branding on the interior and exterior, fog lamps, front tow hooks and front park assist to make sure you're equipped to find new roads wherever they may be. On the inside, the new Z71 package adds upon Chevrolet's already impressive technology suite with OnStar 4G LTE with a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot, wireless phone charging capability, and hands-free liftgate operation. With the new features, you'll be able to utilize the wireless charging mat to charge your devices with the convenient magnetic inductive charging system and you'll be able to pop the trunk hands-free simply by waving your foot under a sensor located beneath the rear bumper.
But that's not all! The 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe & Suburban Z71 Package is designed to deliver a quieter, more controlled ride through multiple additions that no other crossover or SUV can match:
- Updated coil-over-shock independent front suspension design
- A wider rear track that contributes to a more planted stance
- Shear-style body mounts, which reduce body shake and enhance the feeling of structural stiffness and improve damping performance when compared with previous compression mounts
- Eighteen-inch standard wheels are a half-inch wider than previous models, reducing tire flex for improved cornering performance
- New, electric variable-assist power steering system enhances fuel economy and tailors steering assist to vehicle speed
- New four-wheel-disc brake system with Duralife™ brake rotors that offer up to double the service life
- Available automatic locking rear differential that provides greater traction when needed and greater driving comfort when it’s not
- Magnetic Ride Control - a real-time damping system that delivers more precise body motion control.
