MT. PLEASANT, Mich.,–– The J.D. Power Automotive Summit, held in Las Vegas, had some exciting news to share on the morning of March 22nd. Through an extensive amount of vehicle awards, Chevy was named J.D. Power's most awarded brand of 2017. This achievement is a token to the car company's success in all categories across the board.
Six different Chevrolet cars, trucks, and SUVs won a total of nine awards in J.D. Power's 2017 Vehicle Dependability, Initial Quality, and APEAL Studies. Taking home nine awards in just one year demonstrates Chevy's tremendous efforts to continuously develop reliable, safe, and advanced vehicles.

On top of these many achievements, Chevrolet was also recognized in two other major studies: the 2018 J.D. Power Customer Service Index and the 2017 Sales Satisfaction Index Study. The 2018 J.D. Power Customer Service Index measures customer satisfaction with maintenance or repair work among owners and lessees of 1- to 3-year-old vehicles. The 2017 Sales Satisfaction Index Study measures customers' new vehicle purchase experiences form product presentation to final delivery. These surveys gather feedback from 28,000 to more than 70,000 customers.
