MT. PLEASANT, Mich. - Join Graff Mt. Pleasant for Dancing with Jim and Lynette, a family-friendly fundraising competition to raise funds for the local community! Central Michigan University will host the event in McGuirk Arena on Thursday, November 12 at the CMU Events Center. This exciting event kicks off a friendly competition between CMU students, staff, faculty, and members of the local community as part of the University's annual United Way campaign. Dance United has raised more than $45,000 since 2012, benefitting local nonprofit organizations through the United Way of Isabella County.
General Admission for arena seating is currently open to the public with a suggested donation of $5 or more at the door, and doors will open at 6:45 p.m. VIP tables (seating for 8) on the arena floor are available for purchase ($300), and a VIP table & sponsorship package is also available for $500. The VIP hour features special event entertainment and hors d'oeuvres from 6–7 p.m. For VIP reservations, feel free to contact Tiffany Lacco at the University Recreation Office 989-774-7418.
