2015 GMC Canyon Will Offer FOUR Special Edition Models

MT. PLEASANT, Mich. – If you're a Chevy or GMC truck enthusiast, you know that General Motors doesn't just offer one version of each. It's all about the special editions! They've done it with the 2015 Silverado and Sierra, and now the 2015 GMC Canyon will offer FOUR special edition models! According to GM Authority who received some special insight from dealership sources, between 2015 and 2016 GMC will roll out four different trim levels for the new Canyon midsize truck! What will the 2015 GMC Canyon's FOUR special edition models offer? Take a look –

1. 2015 GMC Canyon Denali – This option may not come as a surprise to you since other trucks in GM's line up have received the same treatment. The all-but-confirmed Denali edition will offer an exclusive powertrain in addition to appearance features similar to those seen on the Sierra Denali – body color bumpers and mirrors, and a signature chrome grille.

2. 2015 GMC Canyon All Terrain Adventure – No, this is not the all terrain model that launched with the initial release of the vehicle. The special All Terrain Adventure trim level is expected to be jam packed with all kinds of truck bed accessories for any of life's adventures, including racks and mounts for your bikes or ATV!

3. 2015 GMC Canyon Midnight Edition – Just as the name suggests, the Midnight Edition trim level is a bit more mysterious. But if we take note from the Sierra's Elevation edition, we'd expect the Midnight Edition to be dressed in blacked-out wheels, a body-colored grille surround, color-keyed door handles, mirror caps, side moldings and front and rear bumpers!

Cadillac Confirms New CT6/CT8/CT9, SUVs, and Electric Vehicles

MT. PLEASANT, Mich. – Cadillac's new boss-man, Johan de Nysschen, hasn't been on the job long but he is already making huge plans for the brand. Over the past week or so, the luxury brand has been making headlines daily with new changes that are set to be implemented over the next decade. From a completely new vehicle naming structure, a run of new products, and a refresh to the brand's electric game, it's going to be an intense few years for the brand because Cadillac confirmed New CT6/CT8/CT9 models, SUVs, and Electric Vehicles!

First to make headlines was the announcement of a new flagship CT6 sedan, which will be the first to take on the new naming structure. But the automaker isn't wasting any time because Cadillac just confirmed new CT8/CT9 models, SUVs, and Electric Vehicles too; all for debut by 2020! While the name hasn't yet been finalized as CT8 or CT9, Cadillac just signed off on another flagship model that will be positioned above the CT6 but will offer a large, long-wheelbase to compete with other large luxury sedans.

While the new CT8/CT9 sedan isn't set to debut until sometime over the next 10 years, there is a new Cadillac model we can look forward to by 2016 – a successor to the SRX crossover! Again, this addition to the lineup will allow Cadillac to compete with other luxury crossover rivals. And the same goes for the automaker's electric game. A follow up to the ELR plug-in hybrid, a full on electric car, and a plug-in model for the new CT6 are all in the works!

Four New Cadillac Models Set For 2015

MT. PLEASANT, Mich. – Cadillac has been making a lot of headlines lately with new announcements, and most recently Cadillac announced 4 new models for 2015 in North America! So as 2015 approaches, we have four new Cadillac models to look forward to! So what will those vehicles be?

Of the Four New Cadillac Models for 2015, the highly-anticipated CT6 sedan will be one of them. As for the other three new models, the automaker has not confirmed exactly what they will be, however the trusty internet has a few guesses! The 2016 CTS-V has been spied while out testing alongside the 2016 ATS-V, both of which could possibly debut next year. Additionally, Cadillac's CEO has also voiced an interest in balancing the brand's portfolio by bridging the gap between the SRX and the Escalade. So while rumor has it the SRX it set for a redesign, there's also the possibility that a new crossover is in the works too.

We're excited to hear the news that four new Cadillac models will debut in 2015, but since the CT6 is the only model confirmed for release, we'll have to wait to find out for sure what the remaining three models will be! Stay tuned!

Not to mention, there are more than 700,000 Americans currently living with, or are in remission from, lymphoma. Which is why September has been declared National Lymphoma Month, and Graff Mt. Pleasant will be participating in our local Light The Night Walk to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society whose mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life for patients and their families. Advanced Vehicle Technologies Set For 2017 Cadillac Models

However, to General Motors the reality isn't far off! In a recent address, the automaker announced advanced vehicle technologies are set for select 2017 Cadillac models!

Some of you may be excited to hear the news while others may be freaking out at the thought of this type of technology, so let's break it down. Simply put, the advanced technologies set for select 2017 Cadillac models will actually work to keep you safer since they will make the vehicles more intelligent and connected. In the address at the Intelligent Transport System World Congress in Detroit, Mary Barra outlined two of the additions: Super Cruise and Vehicle to Vehicle Communication.

Super Cruise is the name General Motors is using to refer to their automated driving technology. Attentive drivers will be able to utilize Super Cruise to enjoy hands-off lane following, braking and speed control in certain highway conditions including both bumper-to-bumper traffic and long drives. Additionally, as you enjoy a more comfortable ride with Super Cruise, the Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) Communication technology will work to keep you safe. By sending and receiving basic safety information from one vehicle to another (location, speed, etc.), the technology can prevent traffic collisions and improve congestion by warning drivers and supplementing some of the already available active safety features like forward collision warning.

Thought of driverless cars can be frightening, and while the advanced vehicle technologies set for 2017 Cadillac models are one step closer to that, they have been designed to help people live their lives more safely. Since the new technology isn't set to hit the market until 2017, we have some time to get adjusted.

2015 Canyon & Colorado Offer Segment Leading Fuel Economy

MT. PLEASANT, Mich. – Set to hit dealerships this fall, it won't be long before the new Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon midsize trucks arrive here at Graff Mt. According to new EPA estimates, the new midsize trucks will offer a 3-5 mpg advantage over the fuel ratings of competing V6 pickup trucks with automatic transmissions. Estimated ratings of 26 mpg on the highway and 18 mpg in the city for a combined fuel economy estimate of 21 mpg, reveal that the 2015 GMC Canyon & Chevy Colorado will offer segment leading fuel economy with their 2WD models with 3.6L gasoline V6 engines. And the same goes for the 4x4 models which are estimated to offer 24 mpg on the highway and 17 mpg in the city for a combined 20 mpg.

It just goes to show, you don't have to spend a lot of money to enjoy a vehicle that offers capability and efficiency but it also fun to drive. Plus, the new Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon are two great options if you need a truck but don't want something as large as the full-size Silverado.
