A: If you file for an insurance claim, they will probably ask you for a copy of the Police Accident Report. If you need to obtain this for your claim or for personal use, contact the office of the responding police department and ask for a copy.
Q: Will Graff Mt. Pleasant contact my insurance company, or should I do it myself?
A: It is highly recommended that you contact your insurance company yourself. However, if you would prefer that we contact them, or that we contact them together with you, we would be happy to help. Our Service Staff is more than willing to help you navigate this stressful process.

A: When you report your accident to your insurance company, they will provide you with a claim number. Bring it in to our Collision Center and we'll take care of the rest.
