2017 Cadillac XT5 Was Awarded WardsAuto 10 Best Interiors

MT. PLEASANT, Mich. – In Cadillac’s ongoing expansion they are taking on a new series of luxury crossovers with the 2017 Cadillac XT5. The first ever XT5 premiered in November of 2015 and it has been captivating praise ever since. It was no wonder that the 2017 Cadillac XT5 was awarded WardsAuto 10 Best Interiors. It was recognized for it's “first-rate materials” and advanced, sophisticated features.

The vehicles that are in the running for the WardsAuto award are scored based on design aesthetics, materials, safety, comfort, and more. The new Cadillac XT5 comes with award winning features including the rear camera mirror that was named Popular Science’s 2015 “Best of What’s New” award. The high resolution streaming video improves the field of vision for the driver up to 300 percent. It also reduces glare and provides a crisper image in low-light situations. Additional technologies make the XT5 more power efficient with start/stop technologies at traffic stops.

To be considered for the WardsAuto award the vehicle’s interior must be all new or significantly redesigned. Not only does the Cadillac XT5 comes with new advanced technologies but the interior provides a more spacious and comfortable setting. With a more horizontal orientation the Cadillac XT5 gives all passengers relaxing space. The interior design is crafted with a lighter construction and is built to reduce visual noise and clutter.

The 2017 Cadillac XT5 was awarded WardsAuto 10 Best Interiors and begins to pave the way for a new series of luxury crossovers. The new 2017 Cadillac XT5 will begin production this spring. If you don’t want to wait for the new crossover stop by our Graff Buick GMC Cadillac Dealership and test-drive the new 2016 Cadillac SRX today.
